1. 7-Day Appreciation Period / 7 天鑑賞期
• According to Taiwan‘s Consumer Protection Act, we provide a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day you receive your package (including holidays).

• Please note that the ”Appreciation Period“ is not a ”Trial Period.“ Items must be returned in their original condition.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Original Condition: Unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
全新狀態：未經下水、未經穿著，且標籤配件完整。
• No Odors or Stains: Items must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, or makeup stains.
無異味污漬：商品不得有香水、菸味或彩妝沾染。
• Special Note for ”Soft-Touch“ Tees: Due to the nature of fitted apparel, items with obvious stretching or sweat marks cannot be accepted.
貼心提醒：由於 Soft-Touch 緊身 T 屬貼身衣物，若有明顯撐開痕跡或汗漬，恕無法受理。
3. Shipping Costs / 運費負擔
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, zxpcrs. will cover all shipping costs for the return/exchange.
商品瑕疵/寄錯：若收到瑕疵品或款式錯誤，來回運費由 zxpcrs. 全額負擔。
• Personal Reasons: For returns due to size issues, color preference, or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
個人因素：若因尺寸不合、色差認知或不喜歡等主觀因素，需由買家自付來回運費。4. Refund Process / 退款程序
• Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
